Terms of Use
These terms cover the CarTrophy website, mobile application and related services (“CarTrophy”), operated by LEBEDUSHKA, MCHJ XK (“we”). By using CarTrophy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
Using CarTrophy
CarTrophy helps you photograph vehicles, organize a personal collection and, where available, share discoveries and track progress. Features may vary by platform and release. The application is currently being prepared for public launch.
You may use the application on devices you own or are authorized to use, subject to these terms and any applicable app-store rules. Our software, branding and interface belong to us or their licensors. Vehicle brands and manufacturer trademarks belong to their respective owners; CarTrophy is an independent service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for providing accurate information when registering. Do not access another person's account or share authentication codes. Report suspected unauthorized access to [email protected].
CarTrophy is not intended for children under 13. Where local rules require a higher minimum age or parental permission, those requirements also apply.
Your photographs and content
You retain your rights in the photographs and other content you submit. You must have permission to upload that content and respect other people's privacy, property and intellectual property rights.
You allow us to store, process, resize and transmit your content as needed to provide the features you use. Content is displayed to other users when you choose to publish or share it. This permission does not give us ownership of your photographs. Review visible faces, number plates, locations and other identifying details before publishing.
Safe and fair use
Only photograph vehicles when it is safe and lawful to do so. Do not use the camera while driving, enter restricted areas or interfere with other people to obtain a photograph.
Do not use CarTrophy to harass others, publish unlawful content, send spam, distribute malicious software or bypass account protections. Do not manipulate submissions, rewards or rankings using fabricated evidence, automated abuse or unauthorized accounts.
Progress and seasonal rankings follow the rules shown in the application. Imported photos and repeated finds do not earn competitive points. Corrections to invalid or duplicate records can change progress or ranking results. Points and XP have no monetary value; the service does not promise cash prizes or payments.
Vehicle information and AI images
Vehicle identification, specifications and edited images may be incomplete or inaccurate. An AI-generated image may change details or reconstruct parts that were not visible in the photograph. It is not evidence of a vehicle's actual appearance, ownership, condition or market value. Your original photograph is kept separately from an edited version.
Automated identification and editing are available only when their providers are connected. Do not rely on CarTrophy information for safety, insurance, purchasing or professional valuation decisions.
Paid features and third-party services
Purchases are not enabled in the initial deployment. If paid features become available, their price and billing conditions will be shown before purchase. Purchases made through an app store are also subject to that platform's applicable terms. We do not waive any mandatory refund or consumer rights.
Some features require an internet connection or services operated by other providers. Your network operator may charge for data usage. Information about data processing and the providers we use appears in our Privacy Policy.
Availability, moderation and account closure
We may maintain, update or discontinue features and may restrict access to address abuse, security concerns or breaches of these terms. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free information. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
You can stop using CarTrophy and use the available account-deletion controls or contact support to request deletion. Uninstalling the application alone does not delete a server account. Data handling and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
